Just a shame that he cant fund the £100,000 needed to get the ground up to scratch.

Why would any private money be needed when it a council issue.

why does the question regarding the ground keep going on, you would not repair a roof on a rented property, It will be in the lease/tenancy agreement that the stadium should stay in a state of good repair and as a minimum a standard that health and safety boffins would be happy with.



We are paying rent on a stadium with only half its operational capaciry, Perhaps half rent should be considered to get them moving, As it stands right now this could affect our Bid as we do not have the 10k capacity needed for a SL licence.

You may be suprised. Not unusual to see a clause like "Full Repairing & Insuring Lease" in contracts. Obviovusly i have no idea how it works for a stadium.
