I think with three Widnes specialist halfbacks missing it will help Fax. Mellor,Gilmore and Craven not fit and our fullback Hanbury also missing. Yes it will still be difficult for Fax, as the Widnes depth is better this year.

Nothing to lose today. Just carry on playing like we have in last two games and can't ask for anymore,. Widnes in good form at the moment and fulltime players will have the edge. Widnes by 14 -then THE big game to look forward to next week.

Once again we twice built up leads of 18 points and ended up hanging on for the final 15 minutes. Our ability to save games against the 'lowly' teams, is becoming the stuff of legends!
