Welcome back Karl. Please have a big clearout and bring in some fresh players especialy in the forwards and in the halves. Personally I hope Bally is kept on as he has done a good job in hard circumstances but he is also a key to maybe future academy signings via Brookbank School etc. I do think some of the backroom staff should go and we get a bit of a change throughout the club. Matt Calland did a good job and whilst I didnt agree with how he did things he did get results. Hopefully karl can add to that but keep our flambouyant play but add some steel in defence as well as mentally be tougher

Welcome back to the club Karl, I am sure you will do well for us. On another note I hope there is a place in the coaching staff for Damian Ball, as he has been good both on and off the field for Halifax RLFC.

And I think this is the first time for many years we've taken on a new coach with past experience as a Head Coach. Matt Calland, Faz and TA were all "wet behind the ears" when jumping on board so were on a hiding to nothing when things didn't go well, with the usual "he's not up to it" kinda stuff. Can't remember if Martin Hall had past experience. The last coach I think was Steve Linanne. So when we hit the inevitable "sticky patch" Karl will hopefully command more respect than some of his predecessors.

Welcome back, whilst we need some personnel changes what we don't want is to bring in Batley wholesale. Some additions but the big fella should also look at who we've got who can be brought on with his experience. We certainly want to keep our 'Entertainers' tag.

Heard that two from a Halifax player that was watching Park this aft.
