how can people pursuade new fans, come and pay £10 a week to watch all season to get nothing at the end of it.



we have had 2 great years in a row but we couldnt manage to get many more fans.

Not saying it is an easy thing to do , but the only guaranteed way of getting a SL place is via supporters numbers , it is that that has got Widnes back in , nothing else

i can see a closed shop in terms of the Super Legaue coming in very soon, they can only increase the numbers so much, they will never kick the expansion teams out and they wouldnt have the bottle to kick some of the big names of Super League out.



i said it as soon as they brought the franchise system in and i still beleive it they will eventually be forced to bring back Promotion and Relegation

Wrexham released their new Puma shirt last week btw. That shirt is to be used for the rest of the 2011 Season and the 2012 Super League season according to their Press release... Widnes did that little trick with their ST's as well before retracting it.

Just sums up rugby league for me and why i have now decided to walk away from it. Its not what you do on the field which counts. The people running the game like Wood (rfl), gallop (nrl) and kazandjian (rlef) are clueless idiots who have ruined the enjoyment of being part of the game. Its now got to the point where it doesnt matter if you win or lose on the field. If your face fits great. If not then tough. RL as a sport is a joke and cant be bothered with the politics of it. Carney is just another clueless idiot involved in the game. RIP rugby league.

go and feck yourself. I have set up Rugby league in 2 nations and know the idiots running our game. I have spent many hours and a lot of my own money developing the game. Only to be told they rfl/rlef that they wanted a native running things despite me living in germany 10 years and being the first non german born on my dsds side. I have had personal dealings wirh them and have had enough of this crap. The game is a joke and i cant be bothered with it anymore.
