No team spirit! No passion or pride! A coach who I feel is out of his depth and cant coach a team to defend properly or get them fired up. I had doubts about Matt Calland last year. I now am feeling he is not the right person for us. He has done well but we need to go to the next level. I also think the team both on and off the field lack discipline- Drinking rumours, Stupid Penalties etc. Really peed off with the whole team at mo and think changes must be made soon.

Fax dont have dual registration players because Calland feels it is to the detriment of team spirit - I would have thought playing massively unfit players because we have a small squad and no reserves and getting tonked at home would be more detrimental to team spirit.
