I do read some garbage on here, im a fax fan and i hear both teans having banter but thats it. Friendly banter is all part of the game. Malicious intimidation is not. Yes, I have been going to RL games all my life and I am now 60. I do not see why people should have to feel threatened when they attend a RL match and only at Fev does this happen.

singing an chanting at a rugby league game....whats the world coming too?........i walked with my wife an lad around the back of the fax fans with about a minute to go......never said diddly squat to anyone, it didn't stop your fans turning round to goad etc......i can take that, it dont bother me as long as theres nowt malicious or personal...i just laughed an carried on walking.....i dont usually take to getting involved in threads like this.....i like to talk about rugger....but i think until you actually have some decent rugby to watch, start winning games etc, threads like this will become the norm on your forums.....shame really.

What you have to realise, whether you like it or not (and I understand you defending your fans) is that if the perception of the visiting fans is that they feel intimidated, then that perception is real. As I said I have sat amongs fans from every single team in all leagues and never felt as intimidated as sat in the stand there. But I do not let it put me off, I will be there for our next game. But what Featherstone fans have to realise is that they are doing their own club a dis-service as visiting fans dwindle it only hurts Featherstone in the bank account.

Really? I didn't hear one such chant by the few thousand Bradford fans last week ... and to be honest, I haven't heard ANY opposing supporters chant this obscene slur other than Fev fans. (Other than those wire fans many many years ago). Let's face it, we wouldn't be having this "discussion" if there was no trouble at "t' Fev Mill".

Here's the crux of it- people have been offended/abused not just today, not just from Halifax whilst i contact with Featherstone Rovers, they have chosen to stay away- over to Featherstone to deal with lower crowds or do something about it, which is effective.



I stayed away today as a result of the attack on Dave Singer and the attitude some of your supporters about the whole situation. Not because of our poor form, I will attend the other games this season, just not Featherstone away, winning or not. My Mum did attend and got verbally abused 3 times- she wasn't too bothered just found it pathetic. But it may make her think about going back to Post Office road in the future.

I reported an incident after the game and was told by the steward to 'stop trying to stir things up'.



Pathetic. Featherstone is an utter dog dive of a place and I will never be going there again.
