That's the way I've been viewing it for a while - avoids disappointment!

The supermarket has nothing to do with Cas. The project is being controlled and funded by Opus. This is why our fans need to be patient. The club cannot do anything and any news is released when Opus (and their other partners) have agreed for it to be released.

9 pages on the Wakey board now (Newmarket ESW40A & LDF). Remarkably though, most of it is Tigers Stadium related. How sad! You get the feeling from some they want us to share at NM. Praying for us to fail, desparate or just obsessed ? You decide.

If you actually read it, instead of just running back here to stir up some froth, most of the discussion is quite sensible and contains no ill will towards Cas or your stadium plans; it's a topic of local RL interest, so it's likely to be discussed on a RL message board. Join in!

Quite simply what happens regarding the stadium situation at Cas affects Wakefield. You'll find most would like the see Cas stadiums plans work out, albeit after Newmarket has been given the go ahead, as Wakey supporters don't want to see Cas sharing Newmarket just as much as Cas fans don't want it. Seperate stadiums equals separate indentities. A shared stadium and you know what the clamour from outside will be for. That 'm' word again. So its not sad at all but damn important.

Oddly, I still maintain the scheme's hugely depend on each other -the first bricks down on whatever scheme will be the only one built in my opinion for many years.



There are precidents for similar infrastructures being built in the same postcodes.

Yeah, I've just read it again B2K - not convinced. Quite good and sensible until about the 5th page when the same old anti-Cas bile starts to re-surface again.

On the first point - we all have our eccentrics who can't help having a dig; hardly a reason to get all worked up.



On the second - there's even a thread on the VT about it; I'm pretty certain that the interest is in a well-liked stalwart of RL, not in Cas.



I promise you that everyone doesn't hate Cas - or Wakey come to that - we're just not important enough.
