Surfworld dont have millions.
By the addition of surfworld,does this mean the project will be 100% private,if so does this cut down avenues for funding? |

Both ventures linked with a company that is renowned for getting grants to help projects, so by sticking these 2 projects together, it would probably increase the chances of getting more grant money, not less. |
