Not sure if this has been mentioned on here yet. Article in tonights YEP saying that if / when the SS is developed it will put Leeds back into the red
Personally can cope with the SS looking 75% full on match days.

Its got to be done sometime though, and I would imagine that a new South Stand would include some seats on a top tier that could be used for North Stand people to go temporarily when the North Stand is being redone. So its important for the rest of the ground redevelopment too. |

That's what Wigan though at Central Park, until the building costs went twice over budget.
You would have thought SOMEONE would have known that the ground was built above a mining area.   |

A new South Stand would probably cost around £10 million.
That would take a long time to claw back. |
