| Imagine we'll line up something like:
McDonnell
Lineham
Crooks
Yeaman
Briscoe
Holdsworth
Heremaia
O Meley
Houghton
Green
Ellis
Westerman
Pitts
Watts
Lynch
Galea
Johnson/Bowden
Horne & Whiting will be big losses but we have westy and galea back, should be a good one.

| I'm just not seeing what Clarkson offers at the moment, as with last season, although as I only get to see televised games I'm happy for someone to enlighten me.
I suppose having a workhorse who doesn't give loads of penalties away isn't bad - just don't quite see him as being the next JJB/Ablett, and he's had long enough to establish himself in the team by now. Too harsh? He doesn't seem to have kicked on since being a regular under McClennan.

My thoughts on Clarkson isn't necessarily that his form has dropped rather than our half backs have. He runs some devastating lines and has a good pass. Our problem is that we don't seem to know how to pass to him at the moment, often being slightly too late meaning that he's already in the line before he can gather it.

This.
If our halves were performing then I believe that Clarkson's game would improve. It also might help is the sort pass while he was running at the line wasn't fired at him at 90mph.

| I believe the usual suspects are playing for Hunslet tonight, Moore, Watson, Keinhorst, Chisholm and Hood.

Its difficult for him when he gets limited game time, when he has got decent minutes he has performed well. While Ablett and Delaney are out he should getting a decent run.

| Third game in 12 days, is that too much in that you are against a Hull FC side at their place who are bang in form.

| Regards clarkson,my take on it is he starts and offers you a full on graft for 80 minutes effort or doesnt feature at all.he is not an impact player and is wasted on the bench getting a token 10 minutes unless we are down to the bare bones.i would stick with him in the starting 13 for now.

| Once they got the confidence in themselves they were impressive. Before that they looked very average.

| Still no 19-man squad announced?
Thought it had to be released 48 hours before kickoff?
