I had the pleasure of entertaining my two youngest kids tonight , so I missed the game .

Some silver/gold emergency blankets , some stick tape , and a bunk-bed . A raid on the fridge , and we were in line for a good night in .

Kids are currently upstairs in the 'camp' having a picnic for supper .

Very disappointed with how it turned out, thought we wouldve given it a better go than we did, but you cant cough up the limited ball we had like we did



Thought we matched you in the forwards but the halves and the backs were on another level to our lot, think if we had been playing till next week we wouldnt have scored, the line speed was awesome and we couldnt create anything, well 1 break in 80 mins tells you that



Our lot were disappointing because we didnt have much to cheer but your lot didnt cheer much either and could hear the brass band more than anything, although it wasnt like you was needed to 'gee up' the players



Just glad we dont play that kind of talent every week



Hopefully next season or in the cup we can make a btter fist of it, be interesting to see if it would be that scoreline at POR

Well for a testimonial game the gate was about average,and just do a lttle calculation what the receipts will have been and he has a year of efforst to make more

It's a combination of 6 Grand Finals, 4 Cup Finals, 4 WCC's (plus 1 shortly), 6 CC semi's and around 7 or 8 Testimonials that those 15k have paid out for over the last 10 years. Naturally when times are harder people are going to prioritise. And with all due respect, Fev isn't a pre-season game that will be a big draw for Leeds fans.



Having said that I would have hoped for a bit more than 4,000. Though I can't complain too much since I didn't go myself.
