stiff armers tend to destroy your arms too.

I caught an innocuous shoulder to my bicep towards the end of our uni season, which required constant ice etc just to give me a chance to play the next week. I couldn't straighten my arm for two days, very strange but painful injury.

Ouch. It sounds it!



How long were you out?

It was finals week mate, didn't want to tell the coaches so battled through a wrestling session midweek and it came round fine for the game a week after it had occured.

Ouch.. doesn't sound too pretty.

I would always have my "tackling bruises" on the inside of my bicep muscles after every game. Seems a sensible place to put a pad.
