Given the precedent set by antipodean Scott Donald, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw further employees of the club reneging on their one-year contract extensions.
OTOH, it's not beyond the realms of possibility for the sleeve to announce another major signing, paid for (of course) by that huge wad of cash received from Canterbury for Greg Eastwood. If that's the case, I'm guessing that major signing could well have played on Saturday in Wellington.
