It's a shame as I've got a lot of time for BM but I think it's probably time for a change.

Some things to fix up.



There's been things to fix up all season. They ain't getting fixed.



Becoming more broken.

Cut, paste, repeat....but ever more slowly and incoherently. Like a clock winding down.

We are now dead set on our own last with an awful points difference. 2 points below Huddersfield who are on the up. 3 points from Hull KR.Looking like bottom is nailed on.

He did seem geuinely lost for words, he must by now know his days are numbered. What es me off is that he can't saying anything more constructive about what he is tryout to do to address things. It's the same statement every week.

I actually felt sorry for him, looked a broken man.

B McD's post match interview was alarming...The man could hardly speak being close to tears. It's the first time I've felt sorry for a rival coach. For the sake of his health he should stand down.

I have no sympathy for this buffoon at all. Had he not been the arrogant individual he is, he would have had the decency to do the right thing weeks ago. His stubborn arrogance knows no bounds, and he deserves everything he gets.



I have sympathy for us fans that yet again travel into that crappy county over the Pennines to see another lambs to the slaughter display. Stick a fork in McDetmott, he's done.

Why does he not bo11ock them then?! tell the players that if they wanna play for leeds they have to buck their ideas up or get out

He's doing a great job and I'm sure he'll fix things up for 2017. You'll make a decent push for 8th place next season

Going by this years "performances" it looks like most of them want out anyway.

This was the first post-match interview I've seen from him that I really got the impression that he's lost control of the situation. Granted, he's not shown much evidence in the last few weeks that he knows what to do and has a plan to turn things around - but this time he seemed genuinely broken, angry, and unbalanced as well.



I've lost faith that he is able to turn the club around in the time available to prevent Leeds from being sucked into the million pound game... There are no easy points on offer for Leeds in the rest of the regular season.



Hopefully GH has some contingency plans available for this situation. I don't believe that when the email was sent a few weeks ago he imagined that things would sink to their present level. A quiet word to McDermott asking him to fall on his sword with dignity is probably the best solution, followed by either an interim coach in the Brian Smith mould, or a quality permanent replacement if available.



I know Warrington away wasn't a realistic proposition anyway, but the manner of the second half capitulation and some of the defence throughout the game shows that there is no evidence of any substantial improvement underway. The injuries are disruptive but the team we had out should have fared much better than it did. I've been patient with the situation up to now but the club cannot afford to ignore the reality of our predicament for much longer. I've backed McDermott since our Wembley defeat to Wigan in his first season in charge. I still like the guy and thank him for all the wonderful success he has brought the club, but I think it is time for a change now.



Well, that's my opinion - like the rest of our fans I'll just have to patiently watch as the club try to change its fortunes.
