Probably the usual slow crawl on the trans-Pennine train, with stops at Dewsbury,
Huddersfield and Stalybridge. As long as you can get on the thing, seats are not really necessary as it's just a bunch of short trips.

As usual a breakfast in Headingley, maybe the taps this year?? followed by a coach over the hill where hopefully the driver will know his way to the car park this year then to a drinking hole yet to be confirmed, last two years its been Bishops blaize. Plenty more room to move compared to the corridor which is the Trafford pub

The normal plan if traffic allows. A nice trip over to Manchester/Salford, go for a couple of drinks in The Crescent (my old uni haunt) then head down to the ground.

I will be missing my first Grand Final that Leeds have played in - a sad day but decisions had to be made.
Barnsley at Elland Road and then watch it on TV for me - have not missed a United game in over six and a half years and want to keep the run going. Just a shame that you are obviously not supposed to support two sporting teams from the same City.

I'm sure that LUFC have played at home on GF day in the past, infact I'm sure they did in 2004 as we passed the ground on the way |
