Another infamous resident is that dog that used to always sit outside Sutcliffe Joiners on Leeds Bradford road in Bramley. Is the dog still around?'"
Would that be the joiner's shop on Whitecote Hill at the traffic lights ?
The same one where young ladies used to hang around and rent themselves out ? They were proper dogs
You mean a particular one of the 'ladies' Damo ?
I can't remember ever noticing a dog sitting around the lights .
BTW . The 'ladies' were moved on by the police some years ago .

I suppose people hanging around Bramley selling themselves was the norm all over. Not that I ever saw such thinks mind you but when you think of Bramley you think of…
I’ve just been on google maps and OMG the dog is there on its step. Always was they back in the day. Not seen it in a while mind you!

| Cheers . I never noticed the counter going up .
I used to take the kids to that place to get bags of sawdust and wood shavings for their rabbits .
Talking of dogs . I realy should go get ready and take mine for a walk . Down to the canal at Rodley today I think , or Golden Acre Park . May as well give him a good long walk while I am sulking about missing the Wakey game .

Let us know if you see any crazy people around they if you choose to go.
You know Farsley quite a bit. Remember a women who went by the name of Dippy Doreen?
She always wore green and OMG that dog LOL.
We used to hang outside her gate in the summertime waiting for her next outburse on her surroundings. She did make our life fulfilled.
The streets never been the same without her. She used to live in Rodley by the canal as well!

I remember him ... he used to hang around the side of the Corn Exchange on Saturdays.
He'd fix you with his gaze from 10 yards away, a light would come on in his eyes as though he recognised you and he'd walk straight up to you and ask "'Ow do, I wonder if you could help us out with the price of a cup of tea?".
I lived in the Calls back then and used to see him a lot ... he could certainly work a crowd that fella.

Tall and thin , had dark hair and glasses ? ..That would be John .
Was talking about this at work today , and was reminded of one called David that hung around Pudsey . As a kid it was great fun to ask him the time . He would throw his arm about like he was trying to shake a tiger off it , then look at his wrist . Never wore a watch though .

 Yep, that's the fella.
The bearded one is right too - he'd stare straight at you so it was a real effort not to make eye contact.
