I think we will be one more season in the South Stand and they will bring it down at the end of 2011 season and we will get a new South Stand and refurb of the West Stand, including the new video screen, by Easter 2012. The North Stand might get replaced at the same time but not sure?

Wouldn't the North Stand depend on joint funding from Yorks CCC?

Currently their finances are a mess, can't repay Leeds Met for the new pavilion except if the guarantor Mr Graves (Costcutter owner I think) coughs up.

So any development there looks iffy.

From the artists impression does it look as if the pitch has been moved further south? I wonder if that's to allow totally separate redevlpoment of the North Stand?
