Although i suspect that list is misrepresentative (you've only had 4 out for a sustained period), when you're in form injuries don't make as big a difference. Leeds have started the season in poor form, WCC and injuries have compounded that.

the real reason your languishing in the lower half of the division is simply because of the amount of effort you put into the world cup which as fek'ed you up. the aussies murdered you more than anybody thought and the resulting injuries and lack of form stem from that game.

As much as I am enjoying the Rhinos' predicament this year, and I am sure you will allow that much, I am astounded at the current Huddersfield "new force in rugby league" view of things. Everyone who knows anything about the game knows that if the Leeds form picks up at the back end of the season they could win the thing from anywhere in the top 8. They have the stars and the class to do it (gags and chokes on his food for a moment). Huddersfield have one decent season and a promising start and suddenly they are the next big thing. Get over yourselves.



If the silverware gets anywhere close to the Galpharm, I'll concede it, but Huddersfield are just doing what other clubs do in cycles: get somewhere near the top 2. After all, someone has got to finish third. Except this year, Huddersfield could well end up outside the top four as Saints pick up in the warmer weather and Leeds discover their form. So a worse finish than last year and still Yorkshire's new cream? Give me a break.
