Think he will be absolutely fine. Tough time for everyone at the moment. If we get any stability next season ( this one totally written off now ) need a big clear out but I would keep him.

He fits in perfectly.

For a FB he does drop a few high bombs and he's not the strongest defensively.........anyway that's enough about Sam Tomkins.

For this present Leeds team....without a doubt.

He has a lot of talent and will be a future Leeds star for many years.

he needs to add some size, he gets thrown around like a rag doll, although tahts the case for most of the current leeds team they look smaller and weaker than every other team in the comp at the moment as if none of them have been on the weights all season.

He shakes like a sh*tting dog under the high ball, runs sideways a lot, can't break the line and gets dominated in every tackle. I'd give him this season to improve solely because despite all his faults, he's playing way better than the ego of steel.

For a young kid playing in a e team just out of full time education he's awful. Why isn't he breaking the line on kick returns when most teams are kicking from well within our half so having a set line? Why isn't he reading the faster paced game better when he's played the majority out of position? I just hope he isn't using his bad luck with injuries as an excuse. I can see why there's no reserve set up anymore because it's easy to tell at this age, after a handful of games, how good someone will be
