Who is going to be your primary in field kicker next year. With Long going are the duties going to fall to Eastmond,Pryce or maybe Wilkin. If so do you think that this is going to severely hamper your style of play.

Do you think that you will bring in an aussie to replace Long or has Eastmond definitely got the gig.

No chance in us bringing in an aussie as replacement. I'll leave the other part to the rest of the posters, other than to throw Moore's name into the hat.

trouble is with any of the kickers we have left..if its not in front of the post 8 out of 10 times its missed.

The simple answer is: who knows?



Eastmond hasn't been given a long enough run at 7 for us to make judgement on whether he warrants the tactical kicking job. Which is astonishing because if he ISN'T we're screwed.



Wilkin is a great third choice kicking option. Arguably the best in the game. But he isn't sufficiently consistent to assume the primary responsibility.



And DON'T get me started about Pryce.

From an outsider looking in I just feel that you are a bit short there.. especially after having such a good tactical kicker as Long.

In some respects we will have more decent kickers, but no one as outstanding as Long.



In the kicking department next year we will be able to call upon Eastmond. Wheeler, Wilkin, Moore, Roby and Pryce.



Moore and Roby have each kicked 2 40/20's this season while Leon Pryce has kicked 3.



Eastmond has a lot of natural kicking ability but he just needs to get the experience and practice to get it down to the fine art that Seaon Long did.

Sean Long's kicking for the last two years has been diabolical.



It's like he had bets on how many times he could find a winger.

I think Moore will start out at 7 and will do the lions share off the kicking.

It won't make a difference.



Whoever we elect as tactical kicker, we'll ensure he's nowhere near the ball on the last tackle and will instead pass it to Jammer / dribble a pass along the ground / run back 10 metres, get tackled and handover.



No point changing a gameplan that gets you to the Grand Final, is there?
