In one of his interviews after the game he said ''it's a bitter pill to swallow for st helens''



You read that and think he's talking about another team.

Not the point really - we have looked poor. It's pretty dreadful stuff to watch at times.. you've gotta admit that.

We lost the final due to about 3 mistakes of "senior" players, the tactics were spot on and 30 mins in we had leeds rattled. Potter can't be blamed for errors of seasoned professionals

We lost the final because of a few defensive lapses yes - but we camped on Leeds line for periods of time and never even looked like scoring. I cant argue are dense is excellent but creativily we were very very poor and have been for some time now. I watch saints every home game and as many away games as I can get in and I can honestly say we've turned into a very boring team
