Credit to leeds! brutal in defence very well played! Unlucky Warrington all that hard work for nothing! The reason we should change the play off system

As much as I dislike Warrington, they've been the best team in the country by far this year and its a shame that, purely based on the rugby they've played this year, they won't be at Old Trafford.



Even more so, Leeds have been poor all year, and it makes it a bit of a farce that they are in the Grand Final and with a massive chance of winning the competition, despite being the fifth best team in the country.



But Leeds were better tonight, and there was no controversy in my mind regarding the last minute penalty decision. With regards to how the (obviously flawed) play-off system works, Leeds fully deserve their place in the final.

What a game - in the end Leeds deserved the spoils. Bet Wire wish they hadn't picked Leeds now. lol

Agree 100% that Leeds deserve their place in the final.

Some fans on here were saying they didnt want to reach OT because they didnt want to lose again,

Has that changed now Wire arent there?

I'd love a Saints Leeds final - that means Wigan won't be there either.

That's a shame. Warrington have been the best team all season and should be at the Grand Final. I feel sorry for the Wire fans as it must be sickening to watch your team wuss out after such a fabulous season.

We all know how this works now. It doesn't matter what you do all year as long as you hit form for the last 3 or 4 games.



Warrington should have won but looked very nervous to me. I was thinking Wigan would beat us by 8 before this match, but now I think we can do it and go all the way.

Warrington didn't have it when it really mattered. They are not yet a champion team. Their senior players bottled it IMO.

So once you get the job done tomorrow its going to be normal service resumed.I expect all the old legends to be back on our forum and vice versa.Youve all been missed

Warrington have shown they are a consistent team who can play good attractive rugbyt. They therefore deserve the league leaders shield



However tonight and the challenge cup quarter final against Wigan showed that when it comes down to it they are not made of the stuff of champions.



True champions rise to the occasion. Warrington failed to do so.



I think it also asks the question of whether tonights defeat was a symbol that they have passed the peak of this sides achievements.

Too many of our top players had a quiet night-M Monaghan, Bridge, Atkins, Myler etc.



Never thought I would say this, but ....Come on you Saints.
