we have started to announce quality sponsors already, Ty-phoo are a national, but family brand, Robinsons are quality brewers. I think this shows Eammon is no mug when it comes to this and will get someone great on board

Shame he can't get some great players on board.

The (insert company name) Halo would be my preference for the reasons stated previously, but either way allowing naming rights is crucial, sadly - every little helps. (The Tesco Halo??)

My comment was meant as ironic in response to the suggestion of Pilks as a local firm btw.



I don't like halo. It doesn't even look like a halo. But I do hope we get a good name attached to the Saints stadium.

It does look like a halo, just a really big one. Imagine a really big halo, about as big as lets say a STADIUM and it would look alot like that!



Pilkintons PLC is a St.Helens company, it does have a parent company which is japanese, but Pilkingtons is larger than that company.

No one likes Halo but no other suggestions . . . . .

It's not a St Helens company. It is owned by a Japanese company which took out loans from British banks to buy it.



And even if I think of the most massive halo ever, our new stadium looks nothing like a halo!
