How do you work that out when it was Maurice Lindsay who proposed Super league, secured the TV deal so it could happen and all the leading clubs including your own asked for Maurice to control Super league to get it going. Like him or hate him rugby league wouldnt be where it is now without him, and im damn sure he could come up with better ideas than the Millenium magic if he was their now. He made a balls up of Wiga second time round but dont forget what else he did for RL. |

The WCC, now a much sought after fixture by the RFL, in 1987 they didn't want to know.
The Grand final/ play off concept, who brought that in?
The salary cap, who brought that in?

In all fairness I agree with you on the points you make, he has done an awful lot for the game. I just think it would be an incredibly boring episode. |

My biggest gripe is with the "fans" who say "It's person XXXXX, I'm not watching it"
I watched the Tommy Martyn one, and I think he is one of the most over rated players I have ever seen (just my opinion btw), but I quite enjoyed the content of the programme.
I just think people should watch the programme before commenting.
