Just looking at a picture of Cummins, his eyes are too close together to be a top SL coach.

Considering the post match comments of one of our recent coaches I had assumed clinicak blindness was the only explination. So I will let FC off for now for his unfortunate ocular proximity.

Are you looking at from the front or sort of squinting a bit from the side?

I looked at the Sporting Life link "Cummins realises his dream". Measured on the screen with my trusty scale rule they are only 8mm apart.

Is he a relation of yours?

Do you regularly go round measuring the dimensions of other chaps' attributes with a ruler?



Do you still have your health?

You think? Smith often answers in a deeply thought through long paragraph of a response, he doesn't come across as someone who relishes being interviewed but for me he does exude that air of calm authority, and a keen and thoughtful intelligence on his subject.

He is not unwilling to indicate his complete contempt for the muppets on Sky through his body language and some of his answers when being interviewed. It might not be pretty but I can't imagine Cummins or many other coaches actually having the balls to do it.

I know it seems an odd thing, but all the pictures of FC since he was given the head coaches' role have been of him in a suit, a stark comparison with him as assistant when he would be seen in a tracksuit.



To me, it just gives him an air of professionalism and I'm feeling a little more confident he can make this step up. It's going to be a tough ask given we've only got 16 players right now but I feel the future is getting a little brighter every day

Has anyone noticed how all the Hull coaching staff wear black suits & shirts? Andy Hay still looks like a plonker. You can't polish a turd (not meaning Cummins BTW).

I guess it's purely a matter of perception, but Smithy comes across as a rabbit caught in the headlights to me.







He may be in good company in regarding the Sky team as muppets but treating your employer's biggest sponsors and people you are contractually obliged to speak to as morons isn't the best way to act if you want to come across as a serious, deeply thinking professional who is on top of the job. It comes across as defensive to me, though as above, it's all perception and in the eye of the beholder.
