I might be biased but Ilkley Brewery beers are fantastic, their Lotus IPA is stunning. As an aside, one of their founding partners has left & has bought the Albert in Ilkley & are to convert it into a brew pub with 9 real ales on draught. Bingley hillbilly Ilkley wannabees will not be allowed.
