I'm not really surprised by this announcement as the guy really couldn't do right for doing wrong.



He's invested time and money (and lots of it) to save a club on the brink of oblivion and yet he's been on the end of some unfair and quite outragous critisism from sections of our so called support.



All he did was stop the club from folding. I cannot see for the life in me why anyone with the best interests of the club would not support the owners. Its no wonder his health has suffered throughout this year after such personal attacks.



Omar - I for one am very grateful that you stepped in and saved my club. I will always remember the role you played and wish you the best of health in the future.

Heard on the grapevine that apparently Omar was trying to sell the club on for £1 the catch being taking on the debt of the club which was around the £900k mark, so effectively buying the club for £900,001





Just hope Mr. Moore sells plenty of beds

Anybody know anything about this chap? Is he a Bulls fan, is he loaded, does he have the foresight to take us forward?

I suspect we don’t know the full story here. I just hope the future of the club is in safe hands. Any chance of Mr Moore saying anything to allay our fears. Who is he? Is he now the new owner or just a replacement director? His he wealthy enough to bankroll a SL club? I suspect Khan must retain some involvement if Whitcut remains on the scene. I’d be interested to see what the shareholding looks like now. What’s happened to the new Board of Directors recently mentioned? Is this the start of that taking shape? Did Khan really pay that £900k into the club to leave a month later? What happened to that share issue with the supporters that Whitcut was meant to be working on?



Perhaps a fans forum with the new owner (if he really is the owner) is a good idea.

Well don't expect us lot at the other 13 SL clubs to fall for the old 'sad eyes, and please put your loose change in the bucket' trick again .... anyhow, I'm skint.



Seriously, hope it works out ok, especially for the supporters caught in the middle of these things, and for the bloke himself if his health has suffered from trying to prop up the club whilst it gets sorted out.

On the plus side, nothing relevant comes up for a search of '"mark ian moore" scandal' or '"mark moore" bedzrus scandal'.



I've had some fun in another context with similar searches recently.

At least he's saying the club is in a much stronger position now so that's encouraging.

I suppose that's preferable to the old 'I've been an unmitigated disaster' statement.
