I think Charlie was trying to be clever, without realising that Parker left the club quite some months ago for a new job.

Green not dealing with the Lowes & Ferres power struggle was a massive mistake. Lowes been giving so long was a massive one too. Harrison's statement about Lowes when he left said everything fans could see bar Green.
