Terrance singer while i admire you confidence you cant blame some fans for feeling a bit angry at the situation. Briggs was said to be just lacking fitness and then next minute hes out for 4-6 weeks??? The fans feel like they have been kept in the dark about it. However we have to look on now and see how gud the depth of the team is. Lets get behind the lads on sunday and not be all negative. Whats thoughts on team lads? Starting 13?

The fans have DEFINITELY been kept in the dark with Briggs, and I don't like it. However, the club have discretion to release what they want, but even on Wednesday it was hinted that Briggs was only a doubt.

None of those players has either the distribution skills, the organisation or the kicking game of either Briggs or Herbert.



Fscking pathetic of me to think it might be an issue when playing the best team in the competition. With you there.

What's wrong with Briggs?

I said on another thread that the way Potter spoke about Briggs and Herbert at the fans forum suggested to me that all was not well and they wouldn't play this week.



Surprised he (Briggs) is out for a month though.

Looks like Terrace Singer is reverting back to his old ways that have seen him banned from these forums previously.



Hopefully it's just first home game nerves and not the fact he had 2 pints at lunchtime that's made him revert back

PCL damage - post cruciate ligament I think.

Probably just as worrying Marc Herbert's had a "hamstring strain" for nigh on three weeks now and can't play.. It's probably just the sceptic mood I'm in, but there could be more to that than meets the eye.

If he did have 2 pints, I'd like to know which pub served him and report them.

We have NO half backs in the squad. We have guys who can cover half back, but no one who can call that position theirs. Remember last season? We played half of it with no half backs, what happened there? Was it an unbeaten run? No, it was the worst losing streak the club has had in SL, possibly since the club went out of business and came back.



So, your blind, naive get behind the lads mentality might work for you, but the rest of us who live in the real world are able to accept that what was a hard game is now a virtual impossibility.
