Hope we try and sign Fielden, I know he's getting old but I presume he would like to finish his career at the Bulls. Sign him up for 2-3 years if Wigan don't offer him a new contract. Tackled his ar*e off last night, was top tackler before he was removed. Got angry at being taken off which shows passion and desire to play. And also when he ran he bounced 2-3 players so still has got some fight.

I think Koppy has looked after himself and rightly so, but how must the coaching staff who have worked on a voluntary basis feel. a real kick in the teeth. Well done Huddersfield for breaking the code the RL implemented in saying no contracted players should be approached. They scavenged Wakefield if I remember rightly. What about a transfer fee?

Various Shuddersfield supporters seem to have assumed that Koppy has been nailed on for them for some time.

Hard not to wonder if something has gone badly wrong up at Odsal in the last couple of weeks. Burgess suddenly disappearing from the squad, the drubbing by Hull and now Koppy quitting the side that has been so tight all season?

Also why aren`t the RL ratifying the new ownership quickly, this dragging on does not help OK to get the players signed up.

And why would he tell Guilfoyle, he doesn't run the club no more does he?

Seems Kopczak has refused to be TUPE'd to the new co, which is his right, so there's not much to be done there.



Doubt there's much redress to be had against Shudds either, as they've (allegedly) simply breached a "gentleman's agreement" between the clubs. Though no doubt such behaviour will be remembered in the future...

Bulls will still hold his registration so he can't play anyway and the RFL will surely not release him that easily from it? I wonder if he's been advised by a certain Leeds based Solicitor??

Considering the state the club's in and the importance of the club to the city for a kid who's come through our own academy to do this is very disappointing.



As a fervent non-booer I'm prepared to make an excpeption in this case

I wonder whether he had a deal in place for more money with the expectation that SL Europe would secure the club. That would have meant he was free to take up his new improved deal elsewhere. Now OK want to transfer his existing contract and terms over and he isn't happy.
