training consists of the lads sorting out, Gales' gambling tips, Fosters' new car or latest hair product and Diskins' property management. once they've discussed all that, they then spend an hour moaning about the m62 while tweeting pictures of themselves stuck in traffic.

Then Franny says summat about defence, they all laugh then go home!!!

Our first contact in defence is terrible. The defensive line doesn't move up and teams walk all over us, get quick play-the-balls and make easy ground. This is followed by our defence not being set and teams can break the line too easily.

As for the attack, it's one dimensional, flat and predictable. I'm not sure if our attack is worse than our defence or the other way around.

Not sure we have seen any evidence they train together, maybe they do it all through twitter, or in a private room at costa.

Well we might scrape a win versus London but I can't see us winning another game this season playing like that.
