Who was suggesting anyone had lost belief in the players? Apart from halfback issues we have a fine squad of players and they have by and large done us proud. Nobody has lost belief in the players, Jimmy. You need to ask yourself why good players played like that.

It wouldnt be too surprising if the players were low on energy when playing Sunday - Wednesday. It was the extent of the apparent fatigue that was surprising, particularly when compared to part time opponents who had the same turnaround..



It looked to me thatwe suffered from a distinct lack of adrenaline, players going through the motions. They just werent up for it.



I dont particularly care what Lowes said to the media. Defeated coaches/managers in most sports tend to talk nonsense in the immediate aftermath of a bad defeat. And I expect the attack will improve when we get players back. But the shocking tackling and lack of intensity in the collisions was quite alarming.

It's unfair to criticise The Bulls players for lack of desire yesterday. With them being full time they had opportunity to dwell on three games in eight days. The lucky Featherstone players had no time to stress as they had work to go to.
