according to radio humberside, 5 clubs have received e-mails from the RFL regarding their grounds and the promise of improvements before the next round of the licensing in 2012, wonder who they could be.......
my reckoning
wakefield, celtic, hull kr, salford, castleford
all above clubs have at sometime promised to improve their grounds, mainly words and no actions

Take out Saints as there new ground is already underway I believe. Hope the RFL don't fall for these pipe dreams about new stadia by other clubs though.

They've added a bit to the Roger Millward stand, but I wouldn't say adding an extra 10m of standing capacity was "loads".
They are planning ground improvements, but in the same way Cas, Wakey and Salford have got planned. Yet their evidence remains invisible. |

Being biased I'd say takes Cas and Saints out. We've both got planning permission and are getting towards the building stages slowly but surely.
The others have got naff all in comparison.
