As a contrast to Sarsfield's sin bin sufficient it is clearly would be a joke. A swinging arm to the head, a headbutt then a facial, if there is a prop playing who doesnt come up from that swinging i dont want him playing for my side.

Does make the disciplinary look pretty stupid though, if there is either action that the game would be better without its Sarsfields, needless, petty, cowardly, dangerous and they made a rod for their own backs.



Generally though you do find a lesser punishment from CC games though.

I don't know why anyone is surprised - the RFL disciplinary is a joke and has been for several years.

Are there any other tedious cliches you'd like to wheel out?



As with most things relating to RL officialdom, the biggest problem is fans who don't understand the rules, don't understand the disciplinary criteria or process and don't have the wit to distinguish between superficially similar but fundamentally different situations.

Please enlighten me, because from where I'm stood it looks like Justin Carney got punshed to the face and swung a few back (2 matches) and Peacock got a stiff arm followed by a bit of rough stuff in the tackle so he swung a few (0 matches).



There's no wonder players, chairmen, fans and coaches of 'smaller clubs' complain about inconsistency really.
