If we can't name any particular competition we should just name it after Animal Farm, the loveable romp about anthromorphic characters who start their own farm in equality, fairness and justice for all, only for some pigs to make the whole thing go pear shaped. They end up sacrificing a work horse to a glue factory and lying to the other animals about their decreased rations, the swine.

I said from the start that the names are stupid. And they are. And what makes it worse is that they actually had a survey to name the leagues and this wasn't one of them.
IIRC, the choices were:
NL1 & NL2
Championship & NL1
Championship 1 & Championship 2
Seems like they just decided to mash two of them together. If that was one of the choices no-one would have picked it.
