There's a difference IMO between being in the referee's ear, doing what Wardle did (and was rightly marched ten metres for) and Brough's rant at the touch judge.



The first one can be dealt with on the run during the game, if you've got a referee who sees fit to lower himself to conversing with the players (which many of them seem to think is too much of a chore to bother with). The second gets a player taken back ten metres and potentially binned if it continues. The third one has no place in our game.



If you're going to aggressively confront match officials and deliver expletive-laden volleys at them then you should expect to be straight into the dressing room.



Is it any wonder the amateur game struggles to attract people to be match officials, when they see high profile players on their TV screens getting away with that kind of behaviour?

Brough's carrying on is nowt new. Luckily for hudds he stuck to playing, as opposed to whinging, for most of the game. He's a very good player when he shows a stiff upper lip and an equally poor one when it's the lower.

where has this idea come from that a bite occurred? Ive looked at the footage and can see no evidence of one. If it is the case hes been bitten then Hardaker should inform the disciplinary, evidence supplied and Connor should be banned. If its just a load of guff from leeds fans then that's pretty sad tbh.
