| Quote The Devil's Advocate="The Devil's Advocate"You really are a bitter individual, for some reason, only known to yourself, you take joy in Wakefield bashing.
For more years than I can remember, visiting clubs supporters complain, rightly, about the B.V facilities, and, just as the club finally put decent plan in action, you wait for a bit of bad news, then post it gleefully on the V.T.
I’ve asked before, as to why you have such an utter distain for the club, and, as I have never had a logical reply, I can only assume, whatever it is, has seriously affected your rationale.'"
don't analyse me or project your own misanthropy read what I actually write:
Quote The Devil's Advocate It must be possible to create a biodiverse nirvana where Wildcats and Otters can co exist in harmony. It would be wonderful for kids to be able to see the wildlife before attending a game.

Is a world with wildcats and otters too much to ask for?

Most unfair to refer to DA's pimply nose
I am not against anyone having a stadium. But not at the expense of endangered species or biodiversity. That is why I trust Yorkcourt will come up with some way of building the much needed distribution warehouses (plus stadium) while not endangering the otters.
I am sure they can do this. The building of large scale developments on former coalmines is a substantial undertaking. This is because of all the structural uses re disused mine shafts and the potential contaminants. In many cases this is a costly and time consuming activity. That Yorkcourt can get that all sorted + access the money needed and have the stadium actually being built in less than 12 months is impressive. That is why I reckon changes in the plans to accomodate otters should be manageable.
There may be a solution to Ted's otter problem.

How can you suggest I’m misanthropic?
I’m pleased that, St’s, Salford & Cas are striving to get their new grounds.
You, in the other hand, post a thread on the V.T. clearly relishing that the project has hit a snag, albeit one which I’m sure can be rectified.
Every time there is a problem at Wakefield you, in your various guises, start a thread about it!

Hello Chissit. Less of the old!
I am unsure what your problem is but I will tell you again what I told you a year or so ago. The person you are referring to (I presume MarsdenGiant) was pointed out (across a pitch during an academy game) by a mutual friend.
That's as far as myself and MG go. Beside I thought she was was a 'ban on sight' person on here nowadays.
As for your major overaction a few days ago - what was that about? I am sure you can take banter like the rest of us but there seemed to be plenty of venom for several people in it - I only asked you to post something about the Quins game!
Hope to see you soon.

[Fwiw I do not have a problem, Why you presume it is the marsden midget I do not know unless she is that much of an embarassment to you, when you know perfectly well it was mm. I am not that fussed really but if you want me to I will prove you were lying then and still are now, as they say stop digging then you wont get buried

[Well there you go then something else you know about her that nobody else does, cant think why

[You asked me to show some integrety on your board last week, this I did when I used the pm system when I caught you out blatently lying about Ms mm instead of using the shudds board. Last week you and that mod gaghan thought it was hilarious to dupe the Wakey fans into thinking Hodgson had got to retire whilst those same Wakey fans were lamenting the loss of a fine player to your fans, the club and the game in general. You did not show much integrety there wadders old boy, quite contemptable I though, once again i did this through the pm system and you came back and said you wanted to know about free tickets for your Quins game, it would seem old boy that you have a plaster for every sore. btw do not get confused with banter and arrogance which seems to be in abundance on your board lately.
Hope to see you soon.
[I very much hope not, but as they say never say never again. hth'"

No relish at all. Indeed I am praising your developers. Even a slight bit of research shows that building on old mineworks is fraught with difficulties. To be so confident that the stadium will be being built in 10 months is very impressive.
I do not post on here every time I am told of a problem at wakey. Though to you it may appear so. I became aware of the 'Otter' report because of posts by wakey fans (you may take it up with them). I would have thought the reports by the Coal Authority and Land Quality Planning are more of a concern but it seems in hand by Yorkcourt.
I think it would be great to have an otter sanctuary on the development. Better than endless warehouses.

This thread is about the proposed Wakefield RL ground and the recent submission to the council re otters and biodiversity on the land in question. If you need to write about me - and it seems you do - perhaps you could do it off line or via pms. Your fixation on writing about me rather than RL matters is duly noted.
It would bring great credit to the wakey club and the game in general if the drive to protect the otters and the biodiversity in the area came from Yorkcourt and trin rather than it be forced through by law.
What a coup it would be if Ted called a press conference and displayed his green credentials for the media. Maybe John Huxley is planning such an event?
