Why would a club scouting its own youngsters care what the SL clubs wanted to give them? they wouldnt give them anything, they would find them themselves. Im not sure how much more i can simplify that for you. Why you are obsessed with what SL clubs are doing in this context nobody knows.

Catalans also prepared by employing lots of good young players, and giving them experience. They also now have fewer overseas players than Hull kingston Australia and have more on field success. They have also achieved more stadium improvements and in pretty much every other way.
