So let me guess, Halifax have thousands of digruntled ex fans watching Bradford, Hudds etc but Widnes do not have any digruntled ex fans watching Wire, Saints etc? |

By the rules all 3 technically could.
One side is guranteed a place... To be announced on said date.
Then the other two sides and the 14 SL clubs then battle for the (ATM) remaining 13 spots for SL 2012  |
