This is about one particular person. The only reason it is about one particular person is because he is the one I happened to be watching at the time. I don't watch the SLS every week, but I did this week and Sinfield was awful. I have much respect for Sinfield as a player. But on the TV he was awful. If one of SL's star players is going to be on TV a lot then he maybe should be trained in this department. Being a rugby player isn't an excuse to be crap on TV.

He looked really really bad! Almost hungover, sick of seeing the same guests on the show. At least John Kear has a good opinion on the topic of the day.

Same. I've just watched it now and he was much much better. Seemed interested, contributed well to discussion and was very analytical. I dunno what made the difference. Was it because he was the solo guest this time? Or was it because Leeds won this week?

Not really. He was woeful last week. It would have been better if he wasn't there.

He still has more charm and charisma in his little finger than Agar has in his whole body.



Sinfield is one of the most talented players in SL, I don't know why you feel the need to bad mouth him.

I made a comment about his media skills on one particular day. They were shocking. Most people are agreeing. Those that aren't agreeing are defending him as a player (which isn't exactly disagreeing) and it is totally against the point I'm making.



I have not made one negative comment on this thread about his playing skills because I respect him as a player (in fact, I have said that in this thread). Why you feel the need to bring Agar into this I haven't a clue?

The OP saw one SL player give a not particularly inspiring performance on the SL Show and decided to start a thread about it. Presumably having watched numerous other players and coaches with the charisma of a waxwork of John Major bore the pants off the audience most other weeks but not really caring about those for some reason.
