desperately poor from the Hull 'fans'. There aren't that many games to go to in RL compared to soccer, and I doubt soccer fans in Hull are any richer than the RL fans.



My father in law watched a game with me for the first time last night....3 times he said 'there aren't many people there'.



We cant crow about the media and sponsors when 8000 'die-hard' Hull 'fans' cant be bothered to go to a home play-off tie.

Is that attendance including the 1500 seats Hull automatically add to their figures from the corporate area that Assam Allam gives them every year? Thing is them seats get counted as an attendance whether anyone sits in them or not.

Our gates have been around 11k, so that leaves 6k 'missing'. Hull is an economically depressed area. Fans have recently had to pay out for an expensive Wembley trip and some will have already started paying for next year's season pass. People don't have unlimited money.



Personally, I have had to pay £700 in vet's bills in the last few weeks, and there's likely to be more to come. I'm sure others have different reasons for not going beyond simply 'not being bothered'.
