Who said anything about Rugby League Live?
Now some of you whippersnappers may need to enquire of your fathers of even grandfathers but ITV used to show amateur rugby league games on a Sunday afternoon. The games usually involved the junior clubs affiliated to professional rugby league teams. This was in the late 60s / early 70s and I can remember seeing the likes of Roger Millward, Alan Hardisty etc playing on muddy, fog-bound fields.

I remember going watching Huddersfield v Saints at Fartown circa 89/90.It was televised by a satelite company but not sky,can't remember which one though.Can anyone help?I also remember getting my first sky box and Eurosport were showing the regal trophy.
