That's because some people put what they would prefer rather than what they honestly expect.
I'm sure there will be a few posters who have predicted/wished for Wakefield to finish bottom every season since promotion.

Salford.
The botton of the table is a bit random, but I'm pretty sure to see the top at the end of the season. 3rd spot for Catalans, like in 2008.

Exactly these threads do make me giggle a bit!
I think you're pretty close although Hudds and Widnes will both finish a little higher. I think it's Salford for the spoon personally

| It is interesting that virtually nobody has Bradford in the top eight. Surely they can do better this time? If they fail again will it be over and out at the next franchise round?

Wigan and Warrington will have learned to rest their players and not really try too hard until the end of the season and then we will get the GF we should have got last year.'"
I only read the first two pages, so apologies if this has already been picked up, but in your scenario wouldn't Warrington play Wigan in an eliminator match and therefore couldn't meet in the final?

| Quote Rupert Pupkin="Rupert Pupkin"Any reason why you have such a big difference between the two clubs, when you have them down as so alike? FC have also made big changes throughout the club, not just on the playing front and KR have consistantly finished higher than FC over recent seasons.'"
I think it was a subconsious tribute to your favourite scoreline. Nothing more sinister than that.
