So you blame the club for a lack of ambition

Obviously you dont remember the player taking the club to a tribunal at the end of last season because he wanted out of his contract! Joel moon is a very good player no doubt but if he dont want to play for the club we surely are better to get him out and get a fee for him. This upcoming season more than any we will need players who cant wait to pull the Red shirt on. I think given a year or two our club will be where its at and players that are currently jumping ship will regret it.

Yes, I do blame the club - you have to provide an environment as a management team to people want to be part of. Clearly the shambles of recent times hasn't done that for Moon.

I don't blame him for wanting out, and certainly if the champion club come in with an offer then any player is going to take that seriously

BUT - if SCR are to progress we have to have a club that players want to stay with - choc I agree with you on that!!

I dont blame the club,whatever the enviroment the guy signed a 2 year deal and didnt want to see it through a bigger club came in and dangled bags of money in front of him and so he wanted out (cant blame him for that) but it cant be clubs fault thats sport. But as i said we only want players who want to play for this club.

I'd hope that's the last obstacle before the takeover is announced.

Just what ambition do you expect the reluctant new owners to have? Personally I think the main focus will be about dressing it up, adding a few cherries on the top and prominently displaying it in the shop window, in hope that another mug takes it on. I really hope I’m wrong but only time will tell.

Why is the Salford club acting so dysfunctional?? I read on the Facebook wall and see so many disillusioned supporters. Why is the club acting like this?

Its simple fans have never mattered when comes to are club even castleford had the decencey to meet with there supporters are fans just get banned for having a view
