We've got players in the team that we know aren't world beaters... but the play for the shirt regardless... that is all fans ask... 100%... If that effort goes in... the team loses and the fans can see it... no problem. I don't know many Reds who would be any different.

Not sure that's true. We moved from behind the sticks into the shed a couple of times recently. I couldn't believe some of the abuse the players were getting. One fückwit was even having a go at Luke Swain.

Cant see why the players get all upset about abuse £20k a year minimum for what 80 mins of abuse (at worst) 10 mins at best a week for 8 months a year if your not putting enough effort in remember they are running around so its not like they are standing there and taking it. the rest of year tour the world and relax drink and be merry.

More $hite as to what Myler has said or not said and done or not done.

It really is now tedious and the sooner he goes the better for all concerned.

When he is loaned out to Widnes after a few bad performances at Warrington, I hope he can look back at his time at Salford as one where he had some success albeit in the lower leagues.

He should also reflect that whilst here he was given his England chance and then the big money move he so craved.

He's only 18/19 and already better than Blakeley...I'd suggest he'll achieve far far more over the course of a relatively injury-free career
