Loyalty pints? Does that mean the more you drink at a game, the better your chances of getting a ticket?

I'll be watching the rugby. I'm sure it won't be hard to keep abreast of what's happening in the football, and if this season's other derbies are anything to go by, it's the score that matters rather than the visual interest of the game (Rooney's goal aside).



I'm not sure what people expect Sky sports to do - not broadcast any sport at the same time as ITV?

will be at the Willows (as I have my season ticket) but then catch the last half hour of the derby in the nearest watering hole

you should be ok less ST holders than tickets, unlike me 100% applications for away tickets this season, 100% no ticket, and on the first day 36,000 applicants, i never win in a raffle, all being fair i should have an 80% chance of getting a ticket, ie 32,000 tickets with a max 40,000 of qualifying ST holders.

I thought i was hard done to just getting the 2 aways this season.

last season two prem aways and two League cup aways including the semi at City, but didn't come out of the final ballot.

Mind you at the start of the season I had an exchange of emails with regard the posting of my ST, it only arrived on the Saturday befor the 1st Monday night game, my mates got theirs in the July, despite me paying before them and both live further from the ground than me and my surname is in the middle of theirs.

I'll be at the game. It turns out you can tape/v+/Sky+/record the Derby, so still go to the match and watch the football later



Loyalty pints is the best idea I've ever heard. Maybe all Salford fans should be offered a free pint for every 10 points we lose a game by providing we attend the next game. So if we lose 30-10 one game we get 2 free pints at the next one for still turning up. That's what i call rewarding the loyal supporters

In three seasons I have had the grand total of 2 PL away games from the ballott that is despite applying for all the away games.

Strange thing is I got tickets for the Celtic games in Europe and also the Semi at Arsenal.

You see the numpties at away games on the telly and you wonder where they get their tickets from.

Applied for the Semi but do not hold out much hope.

Would love to see how this ballott at United is done

jeez all this makes me feel lucky!! have had about 15 in 3 seasons, aways are going same way as home now anyway mostly execs poor atmosphere especially at the big games.

any chance they cud do something at the club, like show the game delayed directly after the bradford game?
