Something actually about the chairman. Just for Worzel, because he's special.
Marwan was on Rugby League Extra last night, and delivered an ultimatum to Salford Council: if they don't approve his plans to build a stadium for Swinton and turn them into the Pale Pinks by this coming Friday, he'll withdraw his interest.
He doesn't mince his words.

It seems Swinton fans refer to Salford as the 'Pinks'. Not sure why. Perhaps one of them would care to explain it. Anyway, if Swinton are to move back into Salford and come under Marwan's umbrella as Salford's mini-me, Pale Pinks seems an appropriate name.
