Ok so after much deliberation I've cobbled this together. We appear to have had a good number of decent props but not many good loose forwards.

and this is the toughest part, I've worked out the following players stats;

Brown

Charles (with both both S.L. and NL1 stats)

Wainwright

Swain

Finnigan



and have now whittled it down to Charles & Finnigan and for now thats the best I can do.

I would have no complaints about Cashmere, Stapo, Baynes or even to a lesser extent Korki making the team (although every team needs a good bench!

)

Now I'm not saying you're right or wrong on this I’m just merely pointing to the stats! (as per usual

)



The one thing I will say for Korki was during 2007 he was the only man to give us any lift in the pack (as most clearly couldn't be bothered) and as thus was targeted every week by the opposition when he took the ball in.

Iain's right on this one. Dave Highton left at the end of 2003 season after we'd been promoted.

Fascinating - certainly he made more yards than I would have given him credit for - but the error rate and penalties conceeded means I definitely did see some of what I thought I saw (sorry Rioja kicking in here!!)

Sorry i C.o.cked it up there, Korki actually only made 19 errors, I'm not sure what the hell happened there. (sorry Guinness kicking in here!!

My Pack Would Be Completely Different Compared To Most others



Prop - Phil Leuluai : that man works his @rse off not to get started and get the contracts he deserves

Hooker - Malcolm Alker : Just an utter asset and legend to salford

Prop - Sean Rutgerson : Any salford fan can't say you wouldn't want him in your side

Second Row - Michael Korkidas : i'd play him here because with his aggression on the field he becomes a awesome player

Second Row - Craig stapleton : once again aggression and playing style yet he still manages to break lines.

Loose forward - Luke Adamson : he's got speed yet strength yet ball handling skills and that creates one hell of a player
