The idea is that everyone who has one takes it to the home games and waves it around like madman, people then know who the true fans are and who the part timers are.

A home game of sky would've been ideal for this, put one on every seat before the gates open and have one person at each turnstile on the south stand...not rocket science, would create a much needed buzz, would be good advertising for vestas and would look good on sky!
