| If tickets are in short supply then it's only right season ticket holders get first refusal. It happens in football. That is one of the benefits of having one. People say they will go home and away without there season ticket but in reality they probably wont. They also get the luxury to miss a few home games if they need to for whatever reason (I understand that this absolutely suits some people).
However I have paid upfront for all the games and therefore there has to be some incentive to do so.
Any of those without season tickets going to Cardiff? Paid in full for the ticket?

| There are already incentives to the season ticket or why did you buy one?
This has only come up today.
A season ticket get's you a free ticket to a 4th round draw or something.
Cheaper tickets for the home games
First dibs on playoff and cup games including the good seats at Wembley
Plus i am sure there are reductions in store and half price millennium magic tickets.
and other stuff i have most likely missed.
This is too far. I don't agree with this one bit. Should be first come first served. If i am willing to get to the shop at 8 o clock i deserve the ticket more than the guy who stays in bed until mid day and moseys on to the shop.

| Quote the original stevo="the original stevo"season ticket holders get priority to cup games playoffs finals I don't agree this should now be expanded to other games aswell I was a season ticket holder until 2 years ago but being self employed and having 4 kids at christmas and a shed load of birthdays in dec my budget doesn't stretch I'm not a game chooser I go all games home and away I will probably be able to get a ticket quite easily but I'm sure there are quite a few more in the same situation who can't. And to the guy calling me stupid. Its nearly bed time'"
I fully understand this frustration when moneys a bit tight, theres not many folk with much spare at the moment. Myself included. But one of the perks of a season ticket should be priority over tickets that are in short supply when demand is high.

surely the benefit of buying a season ticket is getting a ticket to each and every home game the same as it is at all other clubs. i think as a fan who hasnt bought a season ticket this year its outrageous that i will most likely miss a good game.

| Hmmm strange one for me
I do believe season ticket holders should be rewarded but
a) Not everyone can afford a season ticket but would love one
b) Not every one can make every game so they don't buy a season ticket (me)
c) Always thought a season ticket was just a guarantee for [uHOME [/ugames and cup games (as a reward for buying a season ticket)
Personally i think away games should be on a first come first served basis, the reason is that it is mostly the usual suspects for most away games yet the 'local' away games attracts people that wouldn't necessarily go to say Hull or London.
If anything instead of season ticket holders, maybe produce the ticket from the previous away game before.

| Fan card would put an end to it all and would be a great idea IMO; like they do in football.

| if i was a season ticket holder (which i have been the last 3 seasons) i would like to think the commitment to the season ticket would buy me first refusal on tickets in short demand, whatever the game.
especially league games....
no complaints from me.

where does it end though?
Would we accept it if they said they would only allow season tickets to wear trousers in the stadium? I know it is stupid, but they do not have a mandate for this.
Season tickets cover HOME games plus those specified CC games and playoff games.
It is clearly documented both on the website and, most likely, on the tickets.
If this was addressed at the start of the season, maybe one more person would have gotten a season ticket (maybe me!) and now that person may miss the match.
This person may not have been enticed by the benefits offered initially but would never have dreamt of missing the STs match.
Wolves have moved the goal posts and it is extremely unprofessional of them.

we are a successful club now... there is demand for tickets.. what are the club supposed to do?
season ticket priority is a common practice throughout sport.... if i was a season ticket holder and bob smith (non season ticket holder) from down the road got a ticket because he got up early on a monday morning and queued up (because i was in work and he didnt have a job) and got a ticket, and i didn't.... i would be well ed off.
the club are only doing what is right.

why would you be vexxed? He got there before you.
In my opinion, and i admit it is an opinion, he has more right to the ticket. As i said, the season ticket does not provide a guarantee for away games. If I was a season ticket holder i wouldn't expect first dibs on the pies during a match. The exact same applies.
The best option would be for a separate bilateral (or parallel) scheme for away matches. A priority card if you will. It adds two pound to the away ticket or you pay 6 pounds at the start of the season(whichever one is more popular, but only one option (either/or)) you get priority match tickets.
That would be fairer and solves it from the wolves POV. But many seem to want only "the true fans" to go. The season ticket plan is flawed. I am a true fan i come home many times a year from Hull. Yed is a true fan. We don't have season tickets.
So what would be fairer.Maybe a reward card basis. You get a points for going to matches. maybe 50 home and 100 away. Over one season you would have 1300+ 750 = 2050.... i think. then a priority ticket is 500 points. Fair?
